No Address Final June 24th.png

June 24, 2023 marked the one year anniversary of the Dobbs decision overturning of Roe v. Wade.

Many women have died or suffered debilitating injuries in dire circumstances when safe and legal abortion was not available. More than 50 people attended the brunch to get educated and energized for the fight ahead.

Elizabeth Talmont

Chief Project Officer

Planned Parenthood - Northern, Central, Southern New Jersey

Advocates in New Jersey and beyond are bracing for increased attacks by decisively anti-reproductive health legislators across the country who are advancing cases to challenge the right to safe, legal abortion at the U.S. Supreme Court. With the high court stacked with anti-abortion justices,  the historic Roe v. Wade decision has been overturned or rendered meaningless, states have legislated access to abortion, with many making it illegal.

Elizabeth has been on the front lines of safe, legal access for decades.
